Mr Masvikeni joined the Homelink Group in May 2008 and has a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, having held various positions over the last 19 years in financial and risk management having been Head of Finance at the Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ), Finance and Administration Manager at Old Mutual Properties, as well as Chief Accountant at Founders (later Intermarket) Building Society, and Divisional Accountant at John Sisk & Sons.

Mr Masvikeni attained a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Accountancy from the University of Zimbabwe after which he trained as a Trainee Accountant (Articles) with Deloitte & Touché.

He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA) with CIMA UK and is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA).

He is also a holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Management, University of Zimbabwe.



Mr Benjamin Gwenzi has extensive working experience in the real estate business with special focus on land acquisition, construction project management, and mobilisation of project finance, property management and valuation. He is a former Director of Housing and Community Services of Chitungwiza Municipality. During his tenure, he actively participated in the formulation of the turnaround strategic plan for the local authority and coordinated formation of partnerships in infrastructural development and service delivery.

Prior to that, he had achieved over 12 years working experience in Central Government in the Valuation and Estates Management Department of the Ministry of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing where the rose through the ranks to the position of Deputy Director, Valuation and Estates management. In addition to improving efficiency in the general administration of the department, he successfully accomplished delivery of major national and international real estate projects that were assigned to him. He had previously worked for District Development Fund (Mashonaland East) as a Planning Officer.

Mr Gwenzi holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Rural and Urban Planning from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Science degree in Construction Project Management from the National University of Science and Technology (Dissertation: Strategies adopted by construction companies in managing risk in Zimbabwe), as well as a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe (Dissertation: Establishing a healthy organisational culture). He is a member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Housing.



Mr Bindura is the Money Transfer Manager. Prior to his appointment, Mr Bindura held many positions. From (June 2003-Dec 2004) he was the Exchange Control Analyst at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. He became an Investment Executive for Homelink from Jan 2005 –Sep 2007 before becoming a Mortgages Manager and then a Money Transfers Manager in 2010 Mr. Bindura holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology. He has an Advanced Diploma in Treasury Management and Trade Finance, an Advanced Diploma in Property and Financial Services and an  Associate Diploma with the Institute Of Bankers in South Africa.Tendai also holds a Master of Commerce degree in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance from Midlands State University (MSU) and a Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management from the National University of Science and Technology.



Mrs Chimhowa joined the Homelink Group in March 2015. Prior to this appointment she worked for a Group of gold mines from 2010 to 2014 as Head of Finance and Group Finance Manager. She is an accounting professional who has attained assurance, auditing, accounting and advisory training at Deloitte and Touché and has been exposed to the rigours of a top professional services firm.

She currently holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce Honours Degree in Accounting from the Midlands State University and is an ACCA finalist.



Miss Chikwanda serves as Group Marketing Manager. Prior to her appointment,  Miss Chikwanda held many positions from  April 2005 with the most recent one being that of Operations Manager for the Southern Region from . She holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). Currently she is studying towards a PHD in Strategic Management.Driven by passion and strong conviction in all she does, outside her business interests she is also active in assisting the underprivileged children with grooming and training which helps them realize their God given purpose. Her Hobbies are sight-seeing and reading novels.
